Angela T. Barlow, Ph.D. is Dean of the Graduate School and a professor of mathematics education at the University of Central Arkansas. In addition, she is the inaugural editor-in-chief for the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics’ newest journal, Mathematics Teacher: Learning & Teaching PK-12. Dr. Barlow’s research interests focus on the professional development of elementary mathematics teachers.
