This institute is designed to support MTEs in considering and preparing for the next stages of their careers in a series of three panel discussions with a mix of stakeholders on each panel including topics ranging from:

• Scholarly Writing – Develop effective writing habits, learn the ins and outs of crafting book proposals, and discover tips for publishing your work.
• Grant Opportunities – Explore strategies for identifying, applying for, and securing grants to support your research and initiatives.
• Mentorship and Coaching – Gain insights into guiding others in their career paths and creating impactful mentoring relationships within and beyond academia.
