Our Commitments
The Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE) is committed to supporting professional conduct in all activities related to the AMTE organization. This includes the Annual Conference, committee meetings, Board meetings, publications activity, and other AMTE-related interactions in person and online. AMTE does not tolerate discrimination, intellectual or sexual harassment, or bullying. We believe that our members should be free to pursue scientific inquiry and engage in service to AMTE without interference or coercion. AMTE rejects discrimination and harassment based on factors such as ethnic or national origin, race, religion, citizenship, language, political or other opinion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, or economic class.
