Special features or areas of interest that would be of interest to potential doctoral students: 

Several of our recent graduates have focused on Social Justice Mathematics and due to that interest we recently added a new course with that focus.  The university has a Social Justice Center and our doctoral students have been actively involved as Social Justice fellows.
